And then Spring Lamb is gone.
Last night we had some lovely homemade lamb burgers. Made with our farms Lamb Leg Mince with garden fresh mint, caramelised onion and feta. They were so lovely and we gobbled them up. Our kids took lamb slider burgers to lunch today in their lunch boxes. I certainly felt great knowing that they were filling up on a quality protein with some fresh salad veggies that they are happy to eat for their school lunch today.
Also, I was very excited to find yesterday afternoon that my Snowball Bush (Viburnum) has turned from green flowers to white. It is always so beautiful while it lasts.
Love to you all, Misses Farmer X
