100% traceability of your Spring Lamb is really important to you. Knowing that every lamb has the required PIRSA electronic ear tag system helps you feel at peace. Knowing your lamb is local, is in hand.

Skill and Experience in Farming

Mister Farmer is a fifth Generation local Rockleigh Farmer. Farming is his passion in life. Mister Farmer takes care of the important things that makes sure that your Grass Fed Spring Lamb is raised well. Over decades, Mister Farmer has developed and refined a system for raising quality Spring Lamb. He matches times of abundance in pasture across winter and spring with our breeding. Working with our farms landscape and climate to grow really good lamb.

Accreditation

Our farm is accredited through PIRSA for supplying farm direct meats to you. Ensuring your Spring Lamb meat is fresh when you receive it. Our cold chain processes are on point.

We are accredited through Brand SA. You are assured that the Spring Lamb on your family table is 100% Adelaide Hills local. 100% South Australian.

Working with our local Processor

I take care of all the details to make sure that your lamb arrives to you fresh and delicious. I work with our local Adelaide Hills processor to get the dry-aging, lamb cuts and cryovac packaging right for you. Helping to make the Spring Lamb on your family table tastes tender and delicious.

  • Browse our upcoming events to find the one that feels right for you. We host events year-round in all different locations and climates.

  • Sign up and pay all required fees to reserve your spot. If plans change, you can cancel up to 14 days before the retreat start to receive a 50% refund.

  • After booking, we'll send you a Welcome Packet with everything you need to know—detailed schedules, packing list recommendations, add-ons to consider, and more.

  • We'd recommend booking your transportation to and from the event as soon as possible, to ensure you can arrive without any complications or delays.

  • Now all that's left to do is pack your bags and get excited for your new adventure.
